This is the second time I've been there. The pizza is good, but they don't have their act together! Very very disorganized. Was quoted 30 minutes on the phone, showed up just after 30 minutes, was told it to be a few more minutes.. waited 10 to 15 minutes, lots of other people waiting as well maybe 8 to 10 people.. asked again, they said again it'll just be a couple minutes, I said check again and the pizza magically appeared. It was a similar story the first time I was there with it taking longer than quoted. Whatever numbering system they're using isn't working. Based on the size of the oven they actually had too many people working there. They had one person taking the pizzas out, And then they would sit on the counter for several minutes with the box open for someone else to cut them. People are constantly stepping over each other, but no one is in a rush, The bottle neck is definitely the oven, compounded by the lack of communication of the staff. They were moving pizzas from oven to oven, several of the pizzas were getting overcooked. Certainly going to wait a while before giving them another chance.

We love Jimmy's pizza but a couple of times we order our pizzas it has been disgusting due to the way it arrived. All the toppings and cheese slid to one side, box is soaked with grease and cheese and toppings all over when we opened the box. It has been disappointing because we love Jimmy's but the way its being delivered is just plainly irritating and disgusting. I know it's not Jimmy's fault but something has to be done the way these delivery drivers deliver food.
