First delivery, we had to call them just to remind coz it’s almost 4pm and our water wasn’t delivered yet and their office closes at 4. Second delivery, no show at all. We don’t have the time to call every delivery day just to remind them. Updating this to one star since they haven’t given our deposit back and we’ve called a lot of times only to be told they will follow it up with whatever dept. Wondering where to report this kind of business.

Yes, invoicing is done by email with each delivery. We have cases of water available to add to your regular delivery as well.
At this time we only have water.
Yes, we are happy to just provide you with water that you can use with your own cooler or dispenser. We also have coolers for rent as well as purchase.
