Positive: Response from front desk (lady desk clerk, a.m.) when I explained that a tub faucet was dripping...not a personal problem or complaint but from exper. with years of bus. trav I was thanked profusely that I took the time to notify the desk of the drip. Negative: No complaints...clean, quiet, great staff.

The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel, and the manager at the front desk was awesome, we needed accomodations before the check in time due to renovations being done at home and I have two small children, he got our room ready for us very quickly as well as put us on the first floor by the front door and had our keys ready and in hand when we walked through the door! that was so helpful and he was really good natured and hospitable. I'm beyond pleased and I can absolutely see why he is the manager. Good choice Hampton inn!

My daughter and I stayed for a dance competition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.
