To start the staff at this location aren’t even worthy of 1 star. I rented a cargo van that had tire issues I notified the the employee at the register she was extremely bothered and rude. She was not the only rude and highly unprofessional staff member all of them working in the front desk were extremely unprofessional talking about personal stuff and using profanity instead of helping the line of customers. They also will hand you the key and give you no further instructions. Upon returning the van it was an even worse nightmare. I told an employee that I was returning the van she told me to wait in line to only then tell me that I need to leave the keys in the van. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Go to the one Brighton or Allston or Somerville.

Unprofessional and alot of additude going arouns

They lost my U-box stored at this facility, spent half an hour looking for it, and had to then rearrange boxes to get to it. I called 24h ahead of time to ask for access (as Uhaul requests) it was really frustrating that my box wasn't ready. One of the employees then insisted on loading my car, despite me asking him to stop. He was friendly but wouldn't take no for an answer. After filling my car, he then asked me for money, presumably as a tip? It was surprising he asked at all, let alone for something I declined multiple times. In all, this experience was extremely unprofessional and demeaning. For the money and time this U-Box cost me, this is definitely not the service quality I payed for.
