Unprofessional staff. I asked for my immunization records which the staff had access to and i was given a hard time acquiring the paperwork. I was asked to go all the way to North Hampton VA just to get the same paperwork. I was also refused services on multiple occasions! Please re-evaluate your staff. Some of them are unprofessional. I called the proper chanel's in order to transfer my information to Springfield and it took them 2 months just to get me an appointment and not call me back after leaving 3 messages.

I have been in the system since 1971 in at least 9 VA facilities and they are all top of the line

I am an educated medical professional who has been to multiple VA clinics throughout the country, and hands down this clinic has the nicest group of people that are efficient and truly care about Veterans. I would like to personally thank Dr. Howard, Dr. Pastrana, and Danielle (nurse) for taking care of my recent health issue in a professional manner and alleviating my pain. I can not say enough good things about this VA clinic. Thank you all.

First you must be enrolled in the VA healthcare system. Then go to any VA Hospital or Outpatient Clinic and inquire about ID card at reception. At which point you will be scheduled or sometimes even the same day to meet with. the ID card person. Your card will be mailed to you not long after.
yes, there is.
No for that they refer you to the Northampton Facility.
Yes one needs an appointment for blood work...an appointment is needed to enter the building...even pharmacy visits need to be scheduled. Not every facility is like this; for instance in Leeds MA you can just show up.
Go to your towns VSO (Veterans Service Officer) bring a copy of your DD214. If you don't have a copy they can help you get one. Bond St is by appointment only right now. Once everything is verified they will send you to Bond St or Leeds for the photo ID.
I have gotten a will from a private source. Tim may have answered your question.
