The Groton Connecticut big Y would get zero stars if I could it seems to me every time I go to big my big Y in Groton when I use the self check out all of a sudden no matter who what attendant happens to be on the shift at the time manager Kiana comes over with her sidekick Casey and Ann they stand right behind me watch every move I make and I’m just tired of it I’m very sick of it and and I want something done about it

Thank you for reaching out, Jonathan. Our new redemption machines accept both cans and plastic bottles in the same machine. They are more efficient and accept them at a higher speed. Since they are combo machines, customers only need to use one machine rather than using multiple ones. We will forward your comments to our Operations Management team for review. Thank you for reaching out, Jonathan. We apologize about any dissatisfaction. We discontinued Breyers ice cream from our shelves almost two years ago due to low customer loyalty and low sales.
