We hired them to remodel two bathrooms and outdoor grill. The did the demo on June 2021. Our designer Sarah K went on maturnity leave right before demo and S and W didn't have any replacement for her. Materials were order wrong, causing delay after delay. Our first GM Brian P quit after demo. The subs they use are terrible. Installed the wrong tile in the wrong bathroom, installed our tub wrong, painted over wet spackle (had to repaint our bathroom 4 times), hung up towel racks without anchors (fell at first use), didn't install the show pan right causing leaks and water damage. The second GM Pete C. tried to cover up water damage. After almost a year, our master shower is still gutted. We are having to file a claim with our insurance for repairs and to finish the job. Maybe they use to be good, but this company can't be trusted to do competent work or even not to damage the customers house.

S&W started off with a good process - however once you are under contract it is a nightmare. The quality is poor, the "supervision" promised is laughable because no one is here other than "checking in" occasionally. We contracted for a six figure kitchen remodel. It was gutted on June 14th. It's January 13th and we're still awaiting completion. The tile backsplashes had to be ripped out and replaced twice; the beam material was never ordered and when it was - it was wrong so it had to get done twice and still isn't complete. The new flooring which cost a small fortune - has now been redone 4 times because of poor finishing; causing us to have to leave the home for multiple times - days each time. They will charge you for everything but compensate you for nothing. I've demanded the owners of the company come see the project and tell me if this is up to their standards - it was declined and others came who promised to "make it right" only go silent and not follow through. Stay away - do not use this company. I used Kreative Resources for our Master Bathroom and I should have stuck with them - much more professional, higher quality, and much better responsiveness.

Total bath remodel; pricey and started months later than we'd hoped - partially due to COVID and personnel change, but once started, project manager Davin was on top of all, employees and subs were all professional and we are very pleased with final product.
