Worst experience. We put a down deposit on a 2021 vehicle that we were approved for. So the next day, we were waiting for their call which was suppose to be in the morning, never happened. We called at noon and were told that everything was all set, finally. So we drove an HOUR to go get our new car, only to be told that we did not qualify for the vehicle. I politely asked why they didn’t have the courtesy to call us ahead of time and explain the hiccup so we didn’t have to drive all this way for nothing, only to be ignored entirely with no explanation or apology. Awful attitudes and poor business management. Absolutely ZERO communication from them to us. Did I mention they had to “figure out” how to refund us our down deposit? Unreal. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had. It’s disheartening to treat new customers like this. Hopefully in the future, they will treat their new comers more accordingly. We left on good terms, but I will never recommend this business to anyone looking for a car.

Faith's Toyota is the best dealership I have ever worked with. This was our second time buying a vehicle with them. I'm not sure but i had my used car 3 weeks exactly and the car broke down a mile from their dealership and even though i bought the car as is i asked if there was anything the company would do to at least help me and they told me they couldn't help me whatsoever... If they wanted to have happy customers they would help them with the vehicles they sell them!!! I expressed that i am a father of two kids all by myself and i purchased a vehicle with all of my savings thinking that i was making a good choice, and now I'm paying dealership 60 miles away to do repairs 3 weeks later. Idk what black owned means......
Not sure u can call them and they are great people they will help you with everything you ask of them. The best dealer ship in New England.
