When u register for one if theor auctions thAre u putting that chk in the bankey put a $1000 hold on your cc that stays on there for a week after the auction ends Theu never said the hold was goimg to be $1000. And it went on tues. Auction ended thur. Its now monday its still there amd i didnt even bid on anything. They also pubicly shame people on their website with names amd adresses smh

Stay far away from this company especially Audra P. She has a very negative personality and likes to put words in the consumers mouth. I would never recommend her or her husband. In a sellers market they practically gave my home away. I lost a lot of money and will be filing suit. I’m sure they’ll deny this review and make up some clever response but I assure you it pays to list with a full-service real estate broker and not some desperate auction.

In most cases yes you would be responsible for federal or state tax liens. Municipalities complete a foreclosure that should extinguish pre-existing liens or mortgages. We highly recommend you speak with legal counsel for a complete explanation. Hope this helps.
