Used online app to save time.. didn't go through. Had to go inside anyways.. took longer than if i went through the drive thru. Manager however was very good.

The worst manager I have ever seen at McDonalds. He was rude, unprofessional and very demanding. He even discriminated us by not allowing us to order the food from the lobby, but several other customers were allowed to get inside and place their orders, When I asked the Manager Mike about why he falsely told us that the restaurant was closed and they were only taking drive-thru orders, he made an unjustifiable excuse and said that the side door was left open by mistake, but he never asked the other customers to order the food from drive-thru only. This manager has had several complaints from other customers about his ignorance and attitude. One lady had a real bad experience when Mike walked into the ladies restroom and told her that he was there to check on the paper towels but there were no paper towel holders. I am shocked to see how McDonalds is letting this Manager to continue working there. They should fire him immediately. I am sure his negative attitude is also effecting the other staff members.

Basic fast food. For some reason, the cooks can't ever seem to get the burger or fish filet straight on the bun. It's one thing to work quickly, but they could make an effort to make it appear like a sandwich.

I literally just csme from McDonald's with my daughert where we got an egg mcmuffin and a mcgrittle, and those sandwiches were so small in comparison to what they were just last week. Usually i could use the wrapper to hold it and be fine but this time it was engulfed by it. I spent almost $8 on 2 tiny sandwhiches. Its ridiculous how much they are charging for the size.
