Buy online pick up in store...yeah I always end up raiding their clearance section spending more $$$. Beware lol I had placed an order online just to have the shipping company claim my item was delivered but not delivered. It claimed it was refused by customer but kept by customer🤷. I called customer service after they refunded my order after it shipped to find this out. I had gotten such a great deal and now they were out of stock of most items. So I placed a small order of what was left. I will no longer have carter's ship to my residence. The ladies working are always so friendly, checkout is quick, and pick ups are so organized.

Just a small store. Not an outlet. Very small. But clean and the girls that work there are fantastic with the kids. I love it there
It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.

For Curbside: Park and call! When you arrive, open your email confirmation and call us. Pop the trunk and we'll pack it up. Contact free! For Pick Up Today: When you arrive, head inside and head to the cash registers with your email confirmation ready. Should be super quick!
