This company came to my house after I had a plumbing issue and had some overflow water leak down into my unfinished basement from the first floor bathroom. The situation seemed pretty bad at the time so I called my insurance company and they in turn called SERVPRO of New Haven. I have no issues with the workers as they were very polite and professional. They were at my house for less than two hours and I was charged $628.63. They wiped down my oil tank and a couple other things in the basement...that is all. This was not a sewage spill and the water would have evaporated on its own. I feel completely ripped off and cannot believe companies will take advantage of homeowners is crisis like this.

The worst experience ever. They took everything out of our flooded basement apartment, but I don't think they actually cleaned anything (it was flooded with sewage water). Getting everything back was a hellish nightmare - I asked for them to return our things to our new place, but they brought them to my abusers' house and forced me to go collect them, even though they were the ones at fault Everything we unpacked we had to clean ourselves because it was covered in dust. I got rid of all the cooking appliances because I don't trust that they were safe. Honestly, I think they stole things because there are a few things that were above the water line that are just missing and not in any of the boxes of things they returned.

Servpro has been working at my parents house due to an overflowed sink on the second floor. The flooding took place days after my father passed away...so needless to say my mom has been distraught. Servpros response has been amazing! The crew has shown true compassion, caring and have been amazing communicators. I can't thank Leo, Peter, Micheal, erika, sebastian, and nick enough....they are amazing people...and qith an amazing work ethic...who truly care about their costumers.
