Came in the other day to make a deposit on a pre-paid card. The cashier working at the time seemed new and was having issues with the process which is completely fine and understandable. She had called on the loudspeaker for her manager and this elderly lady with the worst bobcut I have ever seen came walking up with her hands in the air as if her being called for assistance was the worst thing to ever happen to her. She then proceeded to get behind the register and grossly disrespect this poor, young employee. I was blown away not only by how she was treating her, but by how she was so shameless about it that she deemed it totally reasonable to have that kind of interaction in front of a customer. I work in management and I would not under any circumstance treat an employee in that manner. I feel terrible for that young lady because I imagine she goes through that VERBAL ABUSE everyday.

If I could give this place -100000 I would. I had to return things because of a family issue. My Mother had dementia and would buy things and I would have to return them or she would ask me to buy something and tell me to return it. It was with my debit card, the money from my account, and had a receipt everytime. The employees continued to treat me as a criminal. I had to call the district manager to try and get the problem resolved and he said I could return anything no questions as long as I had a receipt. They lied to me telling me it was against their policy to make to many returns.The employees continued to lie about me and said I was using a stolen debit card. These people are horrible. Then it spread to the pharmacy which was so embarrassing. I actually had a pharmacist say that the federal authorities check into the type of medication I take!!!!!! I have never ever ever had a pharmacist say anything like that to me! Tonight was the last straw, once again when a pharmacy tech heard my name all I got was attitude. When I called her on it she threatened to call the police on me, which I encouraged her to do. This is the only Rite Aid I ever had this problem with. I used to use the douglasville Rite Aid and they actual understand and are so friendly. The people in the pharmacy in Douglasville were actually concerned when they didn't see me for 4 months and my wife told them I had an accident. The people in Douglasville never treated me like a criminal when I explained what was going on with my Mother. My mother past away about 2 months ago and I haven't had to return anything since then however I am continually treated like a criminal every time I go there. As for the response from the owner.... NO, I will not call your customer service line. I have done that twice trying to clear this up. Your district manager has my phone number and I want him to call me. I want to meet your manager at my bank so we can sit down and I can go through my bank records to prove what I am saying is true.Jason, thank you for taking the time to write this.
