Very clean space, great equipment and friendly staff. I joined for the personal training that they offer. Dan's work outs are efficient and he works with my schedule. He's comfortable to work with and is very good at what he does. Definitely recommend trying a session to see for yourself!!

It's in a very nice area. The owner and staff are really great and if you go during the day, there's always someone around if you need anything. I've never seen or heard about any negative experiences, it feels very safe.
