The service was very slow, and they got my food order wrong but the workers there did their best. I felt that I should have received some sort of discount for the inconvenience but what can u do.

If you like to wait for your food and decent service, then this would be perfect for you. It wasn't busy when my mother and I went. There was one other table sitting. It took over 15 minutes for someone to even take our order. Then we were left waiting an hour before we just got up and left. When we told the waiter that we were leaving, that we had been waiting over an hour, his only reply was that our food was up now. But how long was it sitting there waiting? You're going to tell me that it takes 45 minutes to cook a burger and pancakes? On top of that, other tables came in after us, ordered after us, and got their food before ours.

Order from anywhere else. I made an online order. Burger was wrong. Fries were cold. Cheese sticks 5 of the 8 were all stuck together and also cold. I called and they offered me a coupon for a burger. I had to call 4 times asking to the regional manager. Still never got a call. And they finally refunded. They don't seem to care that much.

Forgot my water, asked for bacon completely crispy...had to send it back. Only about 4 bites of potatoes in a serving so I bought another order. No butter on my biscuits.
