Ordered a whopper with just ketchup and lettuce and got mayonnaise all over the whopper. And Diet Coke and got a Dr. Pepper. This place messes up orders all the time. For the price it’s ridiculous.

Son ordered and picked up my lunch for me while I was working. All 3 Whopper Jr's were pink in the middle. Called and spoke with "manager" and was told it happens. And was told to speak with general manager. He said it came out that way. Basically blaming equipment for the raw burgers. Accepted no responsibility and pushed the issue in to someone else. Always thought a manager was to take care of problems on their shift?
