Terrible service! The donuts looked amazing, but there was no one up front (we heard lots of voices in the back though) We were in the lobby for almost 10 min. We all used the bathroom. Decided which donuts we wanted. Rang the bell for service several times. Peeked around the counter and saw 4 young ladies and kindly said “helllloooooo?” No one even looked up! One girl in her phone, computer, one flirting with a gentleman in the drive through window and making small talk about her future plans (which we heard clearly). We waited a while longer and then decided to just leave. As I was by the door, one girl came up and said “sorry we were busy in the back”. We said never mind, we need to get back on the road. I didn’t see any customers in line for drive through but I didn’t get a good view. Ugh! What a waste of time - we’ll except for the bathroom. Which was not clean. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Somerset Dunkin' has got it going on! The staff was so friendly, the good was great, and my iced coffee was perfection. They put our two donuts in the munchkin box and not only was it cute it was nice to not have them thrown in a bag. Thank you!!!

I love me some Dunkin. I always go and get a frozen caramel coffee on Mondays when I have a doctor's appointment in Greensburg. I get two shots of espresso in it and wakes me right up. LOL however the service is usually always good and whatever we order.

Ordered first and last time yesterday. Wanted a festive drink. Was told we could order with milk no coffee and frozen. Good grief the coffee could have kept you up for days. Not frozen. Starbucks has no worries whatsoever ugh.
