Recently had a good experience. Check in was a little slow at first so they try to get the lined checked through and even offer an upgrade. I didn't show attitude or anything to be upset and they still apologized and offered the help. It's worth 5 starts on Google reviews when you care.

After getting a rental from Budget that had a dead battery (twice) after only 24 hours of having it and them not being accommodating to get it resolved, I went down to Alamo/Enterprise to see if they had anything available. Yvette and Michelle we're extremely helpful after hearing about the situation and were able to get me into a new rental. From now on I will only choose them to rent a car from PGD airport. Thank you both for making it an easy process from an extremely stressful day.

It all depends on what size/kind of vehicle you rent. All prices are listed on thier web site though.
Very!!!! A 2 min walk from the terminal. No shuttles or anything. Very convenient

Park your car in long term parking. There is a fee but it is reasonable. The rental car facility is just a short walk north if the terminal.
Alamo is open late at this location. You can change the pickup time but they will be there holding it for you.
Yes. I dropped off my rental this week around 5:00 am, long before they opened at 7:00 am.
