Went there with phone,bill and 88 year old who wanted to cancel service. Checked in and was told to wait. An hour later was told the store can’t do it and given a phone number to call. Appointment and mask required
if I were you, I would call them. they may have unwittingly sent it to the store, or check the tracking number, FedEx has also been known to lose packages. Leave no stone unturned, that way they have to get you what you paid for.
