Wow, this location is the most upscale Dillards I’ve ever seen! Their selection in every department is about twice what I’m used to. I got good service in the shoe department. I missed my regular, smaller Dillards locations in South Florida (Pembroke Pines and Plantation) because their staff is friendlier and more outgoing but perhaps the younger staff at the Florida Mall Dillards is more reserved due to a high volume of tourists. If you live Dillards you’ll probably live this location.
