The service has been amazing since last year with our first purchase. We just upgraded to a larger travel trailer this year. Every individual we have dealt with has been so knowledgeable and pleasant without the “salesperson” feel. Very friendly, family oriented and honest. If there is an issue they are extremely accommodating and willing to help. Lydia has been amazing to deal with and extremely responsive in assisting us every step of the way. My husband and I will continue to send more business up there!

My experience at Grande RV Was the most painless process of buying a vehicle or RV that I've ever had. Shawnee Was very informative and was very open and honest about the condition of the RV that I purchased. I did see the Hurricane in Harrisburg with the worn out seats before Shawnee sent me pictures of it so I asked her how it looked and I am so glade that she told me about the front seat being worn out but not torn. That was a little test to see how Honest she would be with me and she passed the test. I really want to thank Shawnee for a great experience buying my RV. She sent me pictures of the Hurricane as they were picking it up from the Harrisburg store, that was a nice touch. I all so was very happy with the financial side of the process. So in a nut shell I was very happy with the Grander team. So if someone with the powers to be can please give all the coddled to Shawnee for all of her hard work. THANKS AGAIN 😊

I feel comfortable calling him what any questions or concerns. An awesome guy. Darren was our expert tech. He explained the features and use of our class c. I highly recommend Gander RV in Hamburg, PA. Tara was our Sales Rep and she was absolutely awesome. We came in to look at one specific camper and had a very good idea of what we are interested in. We also explained that we are a couple of months away from actually being ready to purchase. Tara was not pushy and in no way made us feel uncomfortable like many sales men and women do. She was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and did a great job explaining our options moving forward. We will continue working with her until we are ready to purchase.
