Pulled into the drive thru for assistance on my account. Could blatantly see the women dead and center giving me annoyed dirty looks and expressing her frustration about me being in the drive thru. After watching it for about 2 minutes I pulled out with no assistance. I don’t care about waiting I care about my money being an annoyance to a branch representative. I keep all of my money in Fulton and use it for my daily transactions. I don’t need to be worshipped but welcomed to use the branches provided to me would be nice. Will not be using this branch any further as this was the most uncomfortable situation I’ve had at any Fulton branch.

Lovely people. My parents have had a fulton account for years with no issues and now my boyfriend and I are all set up with our new account. The nice lady we worked with did a great job and we love how close the bank is to our home now.

More than 3 mistakes in 6 months, after specific directions given at the window with a checkbook to copy account numbers off of to deposit a pay check. Pay check into wrong account that i now have to fix it myself. No one returns phone calls I had to call a THIRD time to reach the person who called me.

I recently unexpectedly lost my young mom (56yro) and she banked with Fulton in Hamburg. The account manager I dealt with was very helpful, kind, and compassionate. My 3yro son accompanied me and the employees immediately offered him things to make him feel comfortable (stickers, crayons, paper to color on). I don't think I've ever had such a warm experience in a bank. Business is business but they truly do care about their customers.
