Update: this store has made a lot of improvements. I've stopped going here when the parking lot is busy to avoid long lines but it really seems they've gotten their act together when lines do manage to build up. Staff is very friendly. Tons of expired items in this store. I have also witnessed poultry sitting in a half inch of raw chicken water on the shelf. Manager just shrugged when I told him. Lines are always long and cashiers seem afraid to call the manager for help when the lines get too long. But hey, it's an Aldi. You get what you pay for.

You can only apply at the store. You have to ask employees for applications. There is no online application process.
