They took forever with any sort of help and I was in a car wreck. If you need help with keeping track of appointments and getting rides don't go to these guys. Get your home health care managed by someone else

There is a national grid representative there on certain days that can help you with options.
Why aren't you opened on weekends (Sat)? Most people do their shopping after work (when your closed) and on weekends. I can't fathom how you are able to make money if your open business hours are not suitable for the public.
