Theresa in shipping department is a great person and is very helpful. The trucking industry needs more shippers and receivers that are flexible and she was able to do exactly that. My truck was running behind, I called her and explained the situation and she was able to accommodate us. We do a lot of pick-ups from this company and Theresa is always helpful to us. My lucky day. In and out in 1.5 hours. If the product is ready they will load you early. Trailer tandems back and trailer needs to be super clean. Food product load. Possible for overnight Parking but I doubt they allow.
