The billing practice is beyond deceitful and service does not match up with what is advertised. They let you know they will be coming out every other month and it is $47.00 a month. They do not explain they charge you for the months they do not come out. It is $94.00 per visit but they never tell you that, only how it is 47.00 a month. They said the technician would walk the exterior of the house and see if there are spots bugs could enter, and close up small holes. That was not done and he said he could not do it when I asked about that part of the service. I was told they would inject something into the walls to help kill any bugs That was not done he just walked the house and sprayed the baseboards. When I asked how long the solution worked for I was told 60 days thats why they come every other month. When I canceled fhey tried to use a scare technique that the solution was only good for 45 days and the bugs could come back after that. Overall the service did not match with what I was told. The billing and cost was misleading and deceitful. I would not recommend and warn against using them.

Orkin services did a great job for me. The representative arrived on time, did the inspection and presented the treatment contract and worked with my schedule. The technician completed the task and everything went very smooth. It was a very good experience and I will stick with using Orkin for any future needs and continue with a service plan recommend 🤩
