It's a good place to take your pets

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This is coming from a 10 year customer. The new rules and staff are lazy and inconsiderate. They pick and choose who to give amazing customer service to. I will cancel my plan here. So dissatisfied.

Experienced vet and very kind staff and secretaries. They worked with me on billing for my cat Rickey and I appreciate everyone that works here. It's inside of the Pet Smart if you have never been here by the way!

Please don't waste your money. Our dogs puppy plan is supposed to covered all her routinely recommended vaccines but when we had an appointment to get her recommended vaccines we were told that she has used up her "allotted" vaccines and we will have to pay out of pocket for the ones that she would be getting that day. When I made the vaccine appointment I was clearly under the impression that that it was covered in her puppy plan as stated. Every visit that we've ever had we have paid extra out of pocket for whether it be this test or that test. What is the $700 a year even for then? They don't even have emergency visits so the plan is basically useless. You're better off getting on an insurance plan that covers routine visits as well as emergency and other tests. I am thoroughly disappointed with our experience here and will definitely be looking at other vet options.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
No it don't! But I believe its A coupon somewhere where the 1st visit is free
Hi Ebonie - We recommend reaching out to your regular vet as they will know what is best for the condition and care for your cat. If you'd like make an appointment for your cat, please use our online scheduler at this link: https://www.banfield.com/our-hospitals/request-appointment. To find the Banfield hospital closest to you, please visit our hospital locator here: https://www.banfield.com/our-hospitals/hospital-locations. If you’re an Optimum Wellness Plan client, you can also ask pet health questions 24/7 via Vet Chat in the Banfield app.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Spay costs can vary, you're best off calling the clinic during business hours. If you pick up their wellness plans for puppies/kittens, the costs are included in the monthly plan fees.
