Never at the front desk. They leave a walk talkie at the desk for when you need help. They stay in a room with the door shut and don’t even answer the phone. I finally was able to get the worker to help me, I wanted to tan. I told the worker what bed and how long. My bed never turned on. I was already in the bed so I called and no one answered. I let the phone ring about 50 rings. I could hear it from my room but the worker obviously couldn’t hear it with being in that room with the door shut. I got dressed and went to the room where the worker was. I told her the bed never started, I called and let the phone ring over 50 times. The worker walked past me. Said nothing. I left. Such a disappointment. What if there was an emergency? The workers need to be at the front counter at all times. A walk-in talkie isn’t going to keep people safe, a walkie-talkie isn’t going to help anyone.
