The place is perfect for studying. It is very quiet and peaceful. It has also a lot of books about different topics. This library is also convenient in terms of transportation.

I would think so since it's run by the state.
The State Library is a research library. It does not have a Children's Department. You may want to look into the Trenton Free Public Library www.trentonlib.org
