We thoroughly enjoyed our experiences at Primrose. Our child loved the staff; was eager to tell me how his day went, and was thrilled to show me all of his works of art in a multitude of creative mediums each day. The staff is very pleasant and warm with the students, the provided food was never repetitive and a nice touch to add much-needed variety to my child's mealtimes. Our son had a "great day" every day and we are extremely pleased with the educational curriculum that is followed which continually kept our child engaged and learning as well as wanting his to tell us about his day. Kudos to the owners and staff for this great environment.

Primrose does it right! Our son was a part of the part time VPK program and lucky enough to have Mrs. Sopchak. Mrs. Sopchak helped our shy, reserved guy become a social and playful 5 year old. He excelled academically as well and was more than prepared to tackle kindergarten. Our son attended a previous school when he was 2 and 3 years old and Primrose is far superior to any other school we have attended. Thank you for the best experience!

We signed up our kiddo to the 3 yr old class. I spoke with the director as my son was going through potty training, she said they would help in the process. After day one I got a call from her that my son resisted to go to the potty. I explained to her he does #1 standing up and #2 sitting down and he resisted because they would force him to sit down + you all know what first day of daycare means for kids. After day 2, which by the way was the day he was getting used to go to the potty I got a second call from the director. She said she didn’t believe that was the right place for my boy, because he wasn’t adapting. Now tell me, whose kids adapt to daycare in 2 days????? That easy, two days of daycare, they didn’t even put a minimal effort. There’s more, they refunded tuition but of course I lost registration fee ($150) and they charged me for the entire week ($360) for only 2 days. If you ask me that was easy money. +$500 for 2 days. Also, I wrote several emails asking why they would charge me for the entire week. I wouldn’t care if signing out had been my decision but they were the ones that didn’t want my kid there, so I was very upset that on top of the treatment we got they were going to take my money that easy, not even $2. So far I haven’t gotten any answer, so at least I give my review so people know these ppl are only after your money. There’s another review about not returned emails, they only answer when it is convenient to them so I know this is their modus operandi, be aware
