They are very clean and pleasant. I was a little disappointed though that a jar of our cat's favorite treats which I sent along clearly marked, for her morale (since this was our first time ever away from her), was still completely full and untouched. Otherwise, caring people.

This kennel goes above and beyond to make your pets feel at home. Our young puppy (6 months) was being ostracized by our two older dogs and the kennel gave her extra special care and treatment. Can’t speak highly enough.
