I'm trying to get shelter I'm new here on the street

Clean and some staff is very nice. I dont understand drop in center the black lady dede keeps changing laundry rules. Im homeless with not too many belongings she wont let me laundry what i have. One day i can do it another day i cannot. She also is mean and rude at times. The other white lady is verys nice. The lady at front Linda, never wears her mask like its suppose to be or like other staff. But she will yell and scream at you on top of her lungs if you dont have yours, while she is sitting with her mask on her chin. Lolzz. Mostly all the other staff is helpful and it shows they care not only about their job. But also how to serve the most vulnerable. The Indian lady is very polite with all people and is same with everyone, regardless of our behavior/attitude she helps everyone equally. Daniel is very caring too, he can be tough here and there. The spanish lady always watching her ipad/laptop. She talks down to lot of people. Overall the place is morw then a shelter. I have used cws for few months and learned about shelter.

We donate lunches once a month to the center. Great people taking care of people. The lunch calendar is hard to get on these days, people are definitely thinking of others.
