Food was very good. But their service needs help. Took about 20min to get our coffee..and over an hour to get food. Love the place, but need to work on their management of restaurant. This is 3rd time in a row for bad service.

100% following CDC and VA Health Department Guidelines. Very safe.
It's fine for kids during the day, for sure. Dinner hours can be hit or miss as it does get fairly loud and crowded, but it really depends on the night/day of the week. I'd stick with lunch to be safe.
SideBar has an events coordinator for large parties, but is first come first serve and does not accept conventional reservations at this time.
Well, yes. I qualify that because there is an outside area with tables; the main bar is accessed via a couple of steps up, but it is all one level inside.
