SMVH is off the chart. I took my Isabelle there one day because she couldn't breathe. Her tongue was purple. The vet came out scooped her up and ran inside. She was in respiratory distress. The girls in the office kept me updated every 25 minutes until she was better and could go home. I highly recommend them. I am handicapped. There is no access in the front so I go in the back. They are the nicest people and they care about their patients.

Dr. Smith and her crew have always taken exceptional care of the furkids in my family. They are always treated with kindness and respect and I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

The staff is disorganized. They didnt have a record of giving a prescription refill to my pet for a month so they wouldn't refill it again. My pet was on it for years and then had to suddenly stop. I had to take her to the emergency hospital. They put her well being at risk. When calling with questions they say they will get back to you and never do. They called multiple times to see if my question was answered and when I said no....they promised to call back by next day. A year later....question never answered. I haven't been there for a while because they couldnt get their act together and now they cant give me an emergency appt for over a month. They act like they dont want my business.
