Not in compliance with house Bill 207 2019, SB144.
Impact fees cannot be required before issuing a building permit but that is exactly what they are doing to me.

Owners can pull permits only if they do not pay someone to perform the work. You will sign a statement stating such under penalty of law.

You will need to email the parcel number to the Zoning Dept. to verify the parcel is legal. If parcel is legal, then it may be possible for a hardship variance.
