1. Frightful customer service. I regret not taking all the "poor customer service" reviews seriously. When I arrived, the manager said it'd be an hour wait - totally fine. That's typical for any bowling alley. However, I noticed 3 families that came 30 mins after me were seated before mine. So I went up to the manager and kindly reminded him my family and I were there before those families. He responded "they made reservations weeks in advance". I found it really hard to believe that a family of 3, 4 and 5 made reservations "weeks in advance". So I ended up approaching them, and they said they never made reservations. This is totally unacceptable. No idea what this guy had against us. 2. No water bottles allowed- not even kids' water bottles. 3. $15.00 to rent shoes.

I have never left a review like this, but the staff at this place were beyond rude; this place is viscerally racist. I am a quiet Asian American with a reserved demeanor and was as polite as possible. Nevertheless, I was met with long wait times, little to no communication, and uncomfortable glares. It is very disheartening to see the scowl on the staff's face directed at women and children who are paying to be there. Furthermore, it is frustrating to see that scowl turn into a smile while helping others (I confirmed the others were not regulars). If you are looking for a decently priced place that is relatively clean, this will do, but you will have to put up with a "Give me your money and get out!" posture centered in a rudeness pretense.

I took my four children with me and we bowled 3 games and I believe it was just under 60 dollars. But that's 5 people. It was so worth it, we had such a great time. I love seeing my kids smile. Spend the money you won't regret it. Especially the glow bowl nights.
Its a bowling alley. So just the usual entertainment you would expect......video games, bowling, beer if your 21. The glow bowl is a lot of fun.
If you spend bowling $$, patronize bar and or food probably no charge
I'm sorry no. You must be 21 to enter the bar.
