Service was really slow and not friendly. KBBQ meats were OK, but side dishes and appetizers were old and tasteless.

This server is disgusting. She was preparing her customer's food and took soup spoons. One of the soup spoons fell on the floor and she put it back along with the clean ones. If they're able to do this disgusting habit outside the kitchen. I wonder what they're doing at the back. Smh

this restaurant was absolutely incredible. the food was amazing and the waiters were really nice except for one young female. she wouldn’t even pay attention when talking to you or giving you something. we had asked her for two spoons and she came back and instead of saying anything, rudely shoving it in my face and walking away. later we asked her for two pairs of chopsticks and if were allowed to grab them. instead of answering our question she just replies with “my hands are full”. we asked another waiter and he had said yes so we left and thanked him. i would give this restaurant a 5 but this one waitress has prevented that. overall amazing food and everything

They check your temperature as you enter. Seating is pretty fairly spaced apart. Face masks are required.
Tastes like hot peppers. It's awesome if you like spicy foods.
If you like black bean sauce then you will love jajangmyeon cause it is tasty. Tteokbokki,lt has good flavor, but for me it is a textural issue.

I don't know If they changed the rules but I've been going here for years and have gone between 11am and 8pm and always had AYCE that being said about 8 months ago they implemented a rule that you can't do AYCE by yourself unfortunately
No idea but most restaurants do offer gift cards
I don't think there is we were there for at least 2,5 hours and only stopped because we were stuffed
