Good morning! My name is Debora Bland and I live at 105 Hammond Pond Court in Melrose FL 32666. I wanted to let you know what excellent service we consistently receive from two of your employees: Mark Jenkins and TJ Jenkins. They always arrive with a smile on their face and demonstrate excellence and care in every part of their job. Our residents leave heavy items, stinky items, multiple trash cans…and they pick it up and dispose of it with no problem or complaining. They return our cans with the matching lids week after well…year after year. They truly care about what they do and the quality service they provide. We also have renters on our street and they pick up waaaaaaay more than they should have to. But again…Mark and TJ Jenkins never leave a single piece of trash behind. No matter what we leave for them on our street it magically disappears every Tuesday morning. I’ve seen them work double time post holiday to makeup for a missed day, work in the pouring rain and freezing temperatures…yet these two don’t miss a beat! I can hear them laughing and working and having a great day no matter what they weather is. I’m not sure how many years they have repeatedly been outstanding at my residence…but quality and consistency has to be their middle names! Although when I see them I always say “thank you!” I wanted their supervisors to know that even when no one is watching…they do their job with excellence and our street always has extra cans and items. But that is not a problem for these two. I also called our local office and left a BIG compliment as well. So THANK YOU to Mark Jenkins and TJ Jenkins for doing their job with excellence and going above and beyond on a weekly and yearly basis. We so appreciate these two hard working men! Purchased a home in February and been cleaning the yard and trimming branches , they are suppose to pick up yard debris bi weekly , These guys just totally ignore my pile of yard debris that keeps acuminating in my front yard, I called to complain and keep being told next week , and then next week, tired of looking at this pile of leaves in my front yard.... I don't know what to do. I pay my taxes and this is the service I receive, smh
