I believe there either needs to be bigger busses or more busses as I've heard some of the former workers that were seasonal, try helping this business out by reporting to their very riders. Please accomplish this as I believe this ride solution business should be spread out to more places like Ocala, and etc.

First of all, I appreciate the drivers, and for the most part, they are helpful even though they are spread thinly due to staffing shortages... When a service is offered and the criteria met & a fare agreed upon, based on my experiences across the country with Public Transportation, I expect to be accommodated in a courteous & professional manner by the Company's employees. Rigidity is not realistic in this ever-changing world. As a conscientious retired business owner in a customer service dictated profession, I am extremely sensitive to the flexibility required to graciously adapt to things we, as mere human beings, cannot control. Ride Solutions has a long way to go in solving the transportation deficiencies in Putnam Co. If it means raising fares, so be it. I am a descendant of 3 generations of taxpayers, civil servants, property owners, social workers...in this County & would be happy to serve on any Board or Committee that believes this is a priority that needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. Visionaries are needed for progress.

Yes you have to pay, its $1 one way so its $2. Round trip when you go somewhere local. Out of town trips are $2 one way so $4 round trip. You can get bus schedules at the train station on 11th st in Palatka. Each vehicle should have bus schedules as well, however the drivers do run out often.
Yes office hours are at 6am-10am and 2:30pm to 6:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays
Assuming your leaving Palatal.. the Gainesville bus leaves the Amtrak station at 730am 7days/week. It leaves the Gainesville Greyhound station at 340pm 7days/week and returns to the Amtrak station by 500pm.

They have a schedule a the amtrex station also St.Augustine have a bus that pick up at Hitchcock in East Palatka then catch the bus in Hasting that takes you to St. Augustine 2 dollar you ride all day from one place to another
What ? my husband ask for medical transportation with insurance to go from Satsuma to Crescent City and all he got was a month bus pass and it was sent back we call them and ask them did it come back answer was no then went there and they had it there in office so what are talking about?
