Nice boardwalk, only thing I didn't like was that it's right off a busy road so there is alot of car noise. Other then that it's a cute little nature area to walk.

Nice little park right on US 41. It's a Gopher Tortoise 🐢 refuge. No entrance fee. The walking trail is a boardwalk so easily accessable for all.

The tortoises are there year-round! You get a chance to see them all the time! We were watching a baby tortoise building it's burrow yesterday! Pretty 😎 cool!
If you walk the wooden boardwalk only it's about a half mile. You can also walk the entire outside perimeter which is where we've spotted most of our tortoises. That walk adds about another mile.
