After two years and two interviews for a specific position, was suddenly sent an automated letter telling me instead that I am being offered a job that pays barely $16 an hour which anyone in Collier county would be hard pressed to stay afloat with unless qualifying for section 8 and EBT etc. That's what they think of me and 2 years of my time and dedication to fulfilling this role. I can't believe that my tax dollars are going to such cutthroat ruthless, callous individuals with absolutely zero human compassion for anyone outside of their nepotistic bureaucracy. At this point I would never work with such an organization with such uncouth tactics. I'm not some great person but I am a taxpayer, I've never commit a crime in my community, and I treated the people I talked to with respect and every courtesy. The message was clear, they see me as a living in a 1b efficiency eating ramen and generic brand cereal kind of person.
