​Buchan Airport

All small private planes, usually not many takeoffs/landings in a day (sometimes none), quieter than a busy street! They do have a "Fly-In" one weekend a year which is a little busier.

It's a TINY grass strip.

On the south side along Osceola drive. Go down the road to where it opens up to the airport and you will find transient tie downs there.

No hangars - try Venice

Buchan Airport in Englewood is approximately 45 minutes south of Sarasota.

Theres currently 1 aircraft tied down at the airport. You would park next to that aircraft.

There are no facilities available at the airport. There are off airport rental locations available nearby and some may offer pickup if pre arranged.

Only if you have your own airplane or know somebody that does. No commercial flight go in here unless it's an air taxi.
