Worst experience I've ever had! 3 months later and we don't have the documents to register the vehicle we financed through them! Terrible customer service! I've left 4 emails with no response. You call and no one knows what they're doing and they can't seem to get us to the right person to be able to help! Stay far, far away from this place!

This location is always busy but the folks behind the desk always work diligently and quickly to get your needs met! Appreciative of their patience as they see customers back to back for what seems like all day!

I was helped by a woman named Monica that was filling in and she was bar far the most helpful person I have met in a bank!

Worst bank ever. I have my vehicle loan through here (worst mistake ever). TD Bank is my primary bank. You cant even speak to someone at a local branch. If you find the hidden number on other websites for the local banks they cant help you at all. I work at a hospital and there hours are HORRIBLE for anyone who works a full time. So they refer you to call the contact center but you dont get told that you will wait anywhere from 10-45 min all to be hungup on…. What a joke. I called 3 branches for help because I have spent all day calling the “contact center” but can not contact anyone. Very disappointed in how they treat customers.

Hi Vicki - There is no drive thru at our Concord location.
Yes, this branch is still open. They had to close for a day recently due to a staffing issue. You can always check necu.org/locations to check that a branch is open before you travel there.
Hi Jade - You can call 1-888-436-1847 and a Member Services Rep can provide that number for you and help you set up Online Banking.
You can use shared branching to access money. Service Credit Union is a part of the shared branch network. https://necu.org/member-services/shared-branching/
Yes,it is for basic teller transactions. If you'd like to speak with a Member Services Representative, we ask that you please make an appointment online, before coming into the branch. You can do this by visiting necu.org/hello.
There is no cost for members.
