Shame on you for evicting a single father who is a month behind on rent. One could make the argument that he would be well within his rights to withhold rent since he has no working freezer, a sliding door that lets all the heat out, an emergency escape that is more dangerous than a fire, windows that are missing. Instead of moving him and his daughter to one of the refinished apartments so that you can refinish theirs that is very lived in front over 16 years of occupancy, you evict them! Just because he used to work for you and you don't like him doesn't mean you can treat him and his daughter that way!you are shameful, inhumane. There's a rental crisis going on and now you're gonna force this family to suffer even more than you already have by neglecting them?! I am disgusted.

Very friendly maintenance worker to my family's apartment to fix a handful of minor issues. Conducted self in a professional manner, completed work in a timely fashion while wearing mask and gloves the entire time within apartment, and was very friendly and patient with my toddler son who had many inquiries as to what was happening and why he was here. Did a great job!!! No issues since repairs completed.
