On 8/22/22 the Supposedly general manager of Joe’s crab shack from Georgia called stated that he apologize about the services we received on international Dr in Orlando Florida— he said he wanted to make it right and stated he would send a digital gift card — I was fooled —because as of yet today 9/7/22 and nothing compensating us for poor service !! He said he was traveling and to give him 48hrs to get it set up- We didn’t ask him to compensate us - but the fact that he stated he would — And the sad part is I BELIEVE THAT HE WOULD / Jokes on me… laughing at how businesses get away with poor customer service - so sad! I thought this general manager was truly genuine- HE was NOT- Still if I could give a zero I would- Don’t promise something and NOT follow thru- Upper management- Unbelievably poor serve- 1- waited over 30 mins 2- had to ask what was going on 3- they seated us 4- waited another 20 mins… mean while 2 other tables ( Caucasian families) came in after us and WAS quickly addressed- 5- so we watched and waited 6-still nothing 7-I got up spoke with hostess she was very dismissive 8-she DID get a server that wasn’t our server to finally greet us - 9- she says- our server was in the bathroom and would be alittle longer - 10- huh!? Alittle longer -are they sick(?) in the bathroom - serving my family - NO— you will NOT— 11- I spoke with the staff and explained I require excellent service BECAUSE we are paying ! Don’t dismiss me nor acknowledge we have been sitting while others were waited on quickly- PLUS she was in the bathroom a long TIME- We left - never again! Than she refused to get a manager !
