Last time I was there which was about two weeks ago, they sest every other table and I see carts where they spray down and wipe off the tables and everything in between customers. They also don't have salt and pepper and all that stuff on the table you got to ask for it. And of course they wear masks.

They did not have them the last time I was in from what I understand it is seasonal

As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.

I believe they do, but I think it depends on how busy it is.

Yes. Whenever I did a take-out, I made sure I got a few of their signature tartar sauce. To me, it's the best I"ve ever eaten from a restaurant.
