There are annual dues but there are additional fees if you choose to golf. No one in my family golfs, so we just pay the membership dues.

Unfortunately, Fiddlesticks has a pricey club fee. Anyone purchasing a home has to pay the club fee, which is always due at closing. My advice would be to negotiate with the seller. Offer their asking price but request they pay a certain % of the club fee. I live in Fiddlesticks and it is a beautiful, upscale, safe and quiet community. The clubhouse has a 5 star Executive Chef, the golf course is always kept perfect and the guards are trained; not college kids working a part time job like many country clubs/gated communities. Regarding the club fee, I suggest you request the seller pay 50%, especially if you are pleased with the list price and comfortable offering it. Its a win-win for both parties and leaves room for negotiating on the club fee. Upon becoming a member, you'll receive automobile stickers to access the gate, clubhouse, gym and golf course. Also, if you intend on getting a golf cart, contact the club to ensure you meet their requirements. Hope this helps!
