*Whoever has been flagging my reviews and getting them deleted needs to go move back to Pyongyang! Anyone who has friends better hope they don't move to this community which is more like Area 51. This is a gated community. And not only that, but the community is crawling 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with armed military troops with M-16s, M-4 Carbines, and bazookas, and they will use immediate maximum lethal force on any trespasser seen even before they reach the entrance. And they do not allow visitors unless you are part of the resident's innermost circle of family. They do a heavy family background check that can take up to 3 hours before they let you in. They never, ever allow friends/non family people to visit anyone in the community.

I do not recommend living here .. Lived there 3 years.. The guards at the gate constantly let people through without passes . Lots of car break ins. Guards were also constantly rude to people that live there .

This property became Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club around 1994 although prior to Gulf Harbour it was the development, River's Edge. The Gulf Harbour Clubhouse was constructed around 1996-1997.
State law allows for an individual on a private craft to operate a vessel greater then 10hp at the age of 14 with proper certification. The marina probably has their own rules
