Very rude 3 little children playing around at the counter. told my wife and me couldn't come in without a mask on we didn't have one because they are not required anywhere else whe I asked if they had a mask for us they laughed and said this isn't charity. So we left went to Priscilla s and spent our money there.I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. Our staff is all over the age of 18 and what they were trying to tell you is that we sell masks and donate the proceeds to charity.

So I just had an interesting experience here and as I drive home it bothered me even more. I just went into this store, where I have shopped before, to buy a gift for some friends. I’m the only person in the store I get my purchases and …I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your experience. As a rule, we do not take back novelty items once they've left the store and I'm sure the employee who opened the box was only trying to help. However, I fully understand your concerns during this time and we would be happy to take back the item for store credit. (We will not put it back on the sales floor.) Huge store (two floors) with a wide selection for all price ranges. Super helpful staff who are obviously passionate about helping people discover their best sex life. I never feel judged and can be open with them in order to find exactly what I need.
