I am so happy living at this property! The manager Lisa and service tech Jorge have always taken care of my needs immediately! I love living here, as my neighbors are the best. They treat my grandchildren as if they are their own.

I have lived at Madison Heights coming on 7 years I cannot express how my manager in the building goes above and beyond to help all residents and to make sure they are safe. She and maintenance man keeps are building very clean,and I look forward for many years to come.

The apartments are very lovely but there is no peace in this building. tenants hang out in the lobby all day. And now are selling dinners every Sunday out of their apartments, or out of the activity room. No one can access the activity room because they are allowed too use it for they're purpose which is not fair too the rest of us. Did know business is allowed in Madison Highland Senior Apartments. 5315 n 37th st. building

Income limits. 55 and over but 100% full
you have to come in and pay $25 for an application fee and get on the waiting list. June and July are all the recertifications and if people renew it will be at 100% if anyone moves you may have a chance. Hope that helped!
They are taking applications right now for July. You must come in and pay $50 for the application so they can see if you qualify and it is a 55 and over
You need to go to the renters office and fill an application to get on the waiting list...This is a 55+ Community so it's hard to say what's available.
